What are Foreclosures
Foreclosure is a common word heard by everyone. It usually happens when the borrower unables to pay its mortgage. Foreclosure is actually one of the ending stages of the whole process of calling you on your mortgage. The last stage of a procedure of the loaner trying to repossess the money he or she lent to you.
The lender will give you notice that the property is about to be foreclosed. This usually happens about 2-3 months after you have missed out on your monthly payments. If you don’t give out a prompt reply, the court will be forced to approve the foreclosure action which will lead to termination of your right to property. The lender will get to have full ownership of your home. Your property will then be sold at a local auction during a foreclosure.
